Are you looking to develop your customer service skills while working with an international company in a central location? We are seeking an organized and energetic individual to join our team as a Student Services Manager at EF International Language Campuses in Brisbane.

The Student Services Manager plays a pivotal role in our campus operations, serving as the main point of contact for our sales offices, students, and suppliers. This position encompasses administrative functions including local sales and extensions, student visa administration, student support, and satisfaction tracking, as well as coordination of internship programs and job clubs.

This is not a typical desk job. As the first and main point of contact, no two days will be the same. Responsibilities include:

  • Liaison with over 50 EF Sales Offices globally, handling processing and changes to student bookings
  • Review and confirmation of all bookings in our CRM system, preparation of student visa documents
  • Active role in student welfare
  • Following up on student concerns and enquiries in collaboration with relevant departments across the school
  • Answering internal and external queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Assisting students with their insurance claims (OSHC)
  • Delivering excellent customer service to our students and visitors
  • General support for the rest of the school team, particularly the activities team and their events
  • Taking the school Emergency Phone on a monthly roster
  • Assisting with direct sales enquiries, walk-in sales, and extensions
  • Coordinating the Job Club service
  • Assisting with student discipline issues
  • Assisting with student arrivals and leading the organization of intake day and graduation events

Please note that a valid Working With Children Check is required for this position. You will also be required to complete First Aid and Mental Health First Aid courses.
