About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Government Grants Administrator to join our team at Hudson. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering government grants and ensuring that programs are delivered effectively to support Australian communities.

About the Work: In this role, you will work closely with funded organisations to ensure that programs are being delivered in a way that is consistent with the requirements of the grant agreement. You will also build networks and relationships with funded organisations, as well as other key stakeholders, to gather intelligence and inform policy development and program re-design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and Monitor Performance: You will assess and monitor the performance of funded organisations against agreed objectives, targets, and outcomes in the grant agreement.
  • Build Relationships: You will build strong relationships with organisations to assist them to deliver their services and manage issues and risks.
  • Gather Intelligence: You will gather local intelligence to feed back to policy areas on the impact of policies and programs.
  • Adhere to Standard Processes: You will adhere to standard processes to ensure quality in work and use various IT systems to monitor and record performance and risk data.
