About this RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Strategy Consultant to join our team, playing a pivotal role in driving digital transformation for clients across the APAC region.
This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in customer success, project management, and digital marketing to deliver business value and drive growth. As a key member of our Customer Success Organization, you will be responsible for end-to-end project management, strategic consulting, and client engagement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and strategic engagements, ensuring a seamless experience from sales handover to go-live.
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously, balancing business priorities, use cases, customer satisfaction, and technical quality across the Optimizely suite.
- Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders to align on goals, share strategic insights, influence action, and drive decisions affecting business impact, user experience, data, and technology.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven expertise in customer success, project management, digital marketing, and/or analytics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead customer discussions and facilitate workshops.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and relationship-building abilities.
- Exceptional project management skills, with attention to detail, timelines, and quality.
