We are seeking a Commercial Talent Business Partner to support our People & Culture team.

  • Develop and drive people priorities; taking a data-driven approach to ensure we're tackling the high impact and value opportunities.

About This Role

  • You will also have a data-driven and solutions-focused approach, dealing with issues & opportunities in a proactive, positive and dynamic way. You will ideally be degree qualified in Business and/or Human Resources along with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • You are a natural people leader; you bring forward your great communication, leadership as well as stakeholder management skills and apply your commercial and analytical acumen towards achieving the results.
