Job Title: Regional Support Officer

">About the Role

A dynamic and fast-paced role is available for an admin professional looking for a supportive team to be part of.

This busy and hands-on position requires a strong background in administration, excellent time management and organisational skills.

The successful candidate will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, complemented by demonstrated computer proficiency (in particular MS Excel).

You will be responsible for supporting the team in their delivery to clients and assisting the regional leadership team with assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diary and meeting coordination
  • Reception duties
  • Travel coordination
  • Expense reconciliation
  • Database management
  • Event coordination
  • Daily management of the IT platform
  • Weekly reporting
  • Facilities and fleet management
  • Site induction and training of new employees across the region
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Strong administration experience

Great time management and organisational skills

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated computer proficiency (in particular MS Excel)

A current driver's license

Part-time (18 hours per week) availability to suit a working parent
