Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Support professional to fill a key role within our organization. In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting skills to ensure the smooth operation of our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot Major Incidents, engaging all necessary teams and ensuring incident closure.
- Perform analytics on previous incidents and usage patterns to predict issues and take proactive actions.
- Identify areas for automation to reduce manual operational work.
- Participate in 24x7 support coverage as needed.
- Work with upstream and downstream teams to identify service flows and improvement opportunities.
- Drive deliverables to meet SLAs and mitigate Client impact.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- 5-7 years of support experience, Middle Office experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and attention to details skills.
- Strong written and verbal communications.
- Must be deadline-oriented with ability to provide technical expertise to resolve daily problems.
