**Your Role**:
Australian Military Bank is seeking a driven and experienced leader to manage and grow our ACT/South Coast region. Based in **Duntroon ACT**, you'll lead a team across 4 on-base branches, driving performance, growing membership and delivering exceptional service within the Defence community.

Reporting to the Chief Member Experience Distribution Officer, you'll coach and develop your team to meet regional targets, while implementing innovative initiatives to strengthen our brand and member engagement.

This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and growing Mutual Bank. A company vehicle is provided for regional travel.

**About You**

A Certificate IV in Financial Services or Frontline Management will be viewed favourably.
