Regional Holiday Team Member

This live-in position involves a mix of indoor and outdoor functions - at times grounds-based with a maintenance focus and at others front office and customer focused. The successful candidate will be hands-on, responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, front office management, park operations, marketing review, and administration.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service to ensure all staff deliver excellent service and efficiently handle guest enquiries
  • Management of all aspects of the front office
  • Park Operations ensuring the efficient delivery of all services related to running the asset
  • Review and administration of marketing efforts, local area promotion and assistance with revenue and yielding
Essential Skills & Experience

We're looking for an individual with strong hospitality management skills and experience in leading teams. You will bring to the role:

  • Demonstrated skills and experience in managing, developing and training staff
  • Strong computer skills especially in the MS Office suite
  • A flexible attitude to work and work hours including weekends and after hours
  • Knowledge and understanding of Work Health and Safety responsibilities
  • Previous experience with RMS or similar reservations systems will be held in high regard
  • A love of customer-facing communication, tourism and ideally the outdoors
