This role involves coordinating events, sponsorships and event communications within a large, complex environment. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement effective quality systems and procedures, relating to project management aspects of each event including logistics, communications, invitations, sponsorship and stakeholder liaison.
To be successful, you will need:
- High level knowledge and experience leading, coordinating and delivering events, sponsorships and event communications.
- Experience in coordinating events with budgets exceeding one hundred thousand dollars.
- Strong client engagement and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated organisational skills, including managing priorities and working with competing deadlines.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in preparing professional documentation.
The University of Adelaide offers an attractive package of salary and benefits, including:
