Adelaide, South Australia Kojo Full time

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Manager to join our Sport services in Adelaide.

As part of our KOJO Sport team, this role involves nurturing existing client relationships and driving growth with existing clients and new business. You will work closely with the Head of Partnerships and Growth to identify profitable growth areas, prioritize target clients, and build strong relationships to win new work.

KOJO offers a unique service that covers the entire fan journey: brand and strategy development, marketing, digital, social, sports presentation, game-day production, content production, broadcast, streaming, events, commercial, and activation work. Our clients include significant tournaments, national sporting bodies, clubs, and brands.

You will have a significant network and be able to continuously expand it. This role requires promoting KOJO's services in conjunction with the internal marketing team, finding innovative ways to build awareness and educate the industry about our business.

KOJO operates under a 'one business' approach, focusing on collaboration between services to offer a unified offering to clients. As a Senior Account Manager, you will contribute to and lead internal team projects and tenders, working closely with other business areas such as creative, strategy, content, digital, event, technical, and motion teams.

This role involves non-traditional hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Flexible and transparent schedules are managed on a rolling basis, considering event timings and stadium requirements for rostered days off.

We are looking for a customer-focused Account Manager/Senior Account Manager with demonstrated experience in managing and growing client accounts, ideally in live events, event planning, and/or live sports presentation settings. The ideal candidate has a high energy, entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, a deep understanding of our services and the sporting and brand activation industry, and a love for identifying and securing new business.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced agency setting, going the extra mile under tight deadlines. They should be able to apply problem-solving skills, juggle multiple tasks at once, and have close attention to detail. We value candidates who are caring, genuine, and positive, always representing KOJO's values.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $80,000-$120,000 per annum, depending on experience. At KOJO, we believe in providing a supportive and inclusive work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive benefits package.
