About the Role

As an Event Marketing Specialist, Digital Campaigns, you will play a key role in driving traffic to our event websites and increasing engagement across our owned channels. You will work closely with our Marketing Manager to support the planning, delivery, set up, and reporting on digital media as part of our events marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and monitor paid performance media across domestic markets, including collaborating with media buying agencies and various teams within the organization.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in liaising with media agencies for performance media strategy, results, and planning.
  • Ensure Events Marketing paid digital campaigns are optimized, providing creative recommendations to the Marketing Manager.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our social media marketing strategy, working closely with the Digital Producers and wider team.
  • Create and edit short-form video content for social channels.
  • Work with the Senior Event Coordinator to ensure key messages and key event programming are captured and communicated to host councils for managed events.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $95,000 per annum, plus benefits such as parental and purchased leave entitlements, access to a free and confidential employee assistance program, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
