Our company is seeking a talented professional to fill the role of Principal Talent Partner.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years' experience in senior-level recruitment, with a strong track record in corporate hiring. They should also possess excellent stakeholder management skills and be confident working with senior leadership.
The successful candidate will be based in Sydney, with flexibility to travel across JAPAC. They will lead end-to-end hiring for Director-level and senior appointments, partner closely with C-suite and senior leadership, and build and maintain strong pipelines for high-calibre leadership talent.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead end-to-end hiring for Director-level and senior appointments across corporate and commercial functions, plus occasional tech hires.
- Partner closely with C-suite and senior leadership across JAPAC to define hiring strategies and processes.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for high-calibre leadership talent across multiple markets.
- Provide market insights, hiring data, and process improvements to drive efficiency and quality.
- Act as a credible, trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment at every stage.
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience, representing the client brand with professionalism.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years' experience in senior-level recruitment (agency, RPO, or in-house).
- Strong track record in corporate hiring—Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and other commercial functions.
- Experience with Director/VP-level hiring; exposure to occasional tech recruitment a plus.
- Process-obsessed—able to refine, implement, and follow best practice at scale.
- Excellent team player—able to integrate into a corporate environment and work across regions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills; confident working with senior leadership.
