Job Title: Corporate Affairs Strategist

  Our client is seeking a seasoned corporate affairs professional to lead the development and execution of strategic communications programs. This role will involve working closely with senior stakeholders to craft and implement advocacy strategies that drive positive reputation and favourable outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and execute comprehensive advocacy strategies to influence public policy and regulatory environments
  • Build strong relationships with government officials, policymakers, industry associations, and other key stakeholders
  • Develop and manage crisis, issues, and reputation programs
  • Provide expert insights and recommendations to clients on navigating complex market landscapes
Requirements:

  To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in public affairs and corporate communications
  • Strong understanding of media relations, public policy, and government relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in presenting and selling ideas, stories, or solutions
  • Ability to manage competing interests with strong organisational and time management skills
