Job Role: Health Promotion Specialist
">We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Health Promotion Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering targeted health promotion initiatives that align with NSW Health strategies to address harmful drug and alcohol use.
The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in health promotion, population health, education, communication, marketing, allied health or other relevant field, as well as high level project management skills and the ability to work effectively across a range of alcohol and other drug health promotion issues.
You will be required to establish and maintain strategic partnerships with community, government and business organisations and agencies, and facilitate collaborative action.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, negotiation, and computer skills are essential for this role.
Strong organisational skills and the capacity to successfully manage several tasks concurrently to meet tight deadlines are also required.
