Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bell Captain to join our team at Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour. As a Bell Captain, you will be responsible for providing exceptional luxury service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and Mentor Team Members
    • Lead a team of commissionaires, porters, and valet staff to ensure the highest level of service is provided to our guests.
    • Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of excellence within the hotel.
  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Service
    • Ensure all guest queries are addressed promptly and professionally, providing a personalized and luxurious experience.
    • Be fully conversant with all aspects of the city to answer guest queries in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with Hotel Departments
    • Liaise closely with other departments and services to ensure seamless communication and delivery of exceptional service.
    • Build relationships with team members and guests to promote a culture of excellence and loyalty.
  • Meet Operational Requirements
    • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring all services are delivered to the highest standard.
    • Develop effective relationships with team members and guests to ensure a positive and memorable experience.

Requirements

  • Qualifications
    • Must have a full Australian Driver's License.
    • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Demonstrated attention to detail and strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
    • Ability to develop effective relationships with team members and guests.
    • Capacity to liaise with all levels within the company.
