As a Porter | Overnight, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring their stay is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Lead by example with regards to departmental grooming and attitude, embodying the art of French hospitality.
  • Liaise closely with the Front Office, Guest relations, Reservations, the Bell Captain and Valet to ensure guests arrivals, departures and queries are handled courteously and efficiently.
  • Assist with implementation and maintenance of Sofitel Brand Standards.
  • Perform tasks within a timely manner, ensuring all guests are provided with personalised service and that the "Essence of Pleasure" is achieved.

Requirements:

  • Have the flexibility to work overnight including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Always display a professional appearance, representing our Sofitel brand.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends & public holidays.
  • Valid driver's license.
