  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Stay informed about daily activities, events, and VIPs through our internal communication channels.
    • Liaise closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, Reservations, Bell Captain, and Valet to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Service Excellence
    • Deliver personalized service to guests, exceeding their expectations and ensuring their requests are met promptly.
    • Embody the art of French hospitality, demonstrating a 'can-do' attitude and passion for excellence.
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Perform tasks in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.

Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues effectively.
    • Professional appearance, representing our Sofitel brand at all times.
    • Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
    • Valid driver's license.
