  • Guest Services
    • Provide a warm welcome and farewell to all guests, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
    • Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Departmental Grooming and Attitude
    • Lead by example, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
    • Ensure you are aware of daily activities, events, and VIPs, and communicate this information to the team as needed.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Liaise closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, Reservations, Bell Captain, and Valet to ensure seamless guest arrivals, departures, and queries.
    • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
  • Quality and Efficiency
    • Perform tasks in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high standards of quality and attention to detail.
    • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of Sofitel Brand Standards.
Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
    • Valid driver's license.
