Customer Experience Director for Partner Success

Xero is a fast-growing company that is revolutionizing the accounting industry. As a Customer Success People Lead, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our goal of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities of this position include providing guidance and direction to a group of specialists, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience, and driving revenue-based outcomes through effective sales strategies.
As a member of the Customer Success leadership team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of our strategy, objectives, key results and strategic initiatives (OKRs). This involves working closely with other leaders to deliver on our goals and objectives.
You will also be responsible for proactively managing underperformance, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback to help team members improve their performance.
A strong understanding of customer success principles and methodologies is essential for this role, as is experience in SaaS or a related field. If you are a motivated and results-driven leader with a passion for customer success, we encourage you to apply.
