We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Ict Technical Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will provide technical assistance to employees, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for processing administrative tasks for IT system access, warranty claims, and service logistics.
  • You will ensure accurate information and advice through adherence to policies and procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
  • This position requires excellent communication skills to answer client inquiries, clarify issues, and respond to complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to Tier 2 IT support teams as necessary.
  • Your analytical and problem-solving skills will be essential in providing innovative solutions to technical challenges.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar technical service desk role within a medium to large organisation is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Active Directory and networking aspects such as DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP is essential.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to work rotating roster arrangements between Monday-Friday, 7:30am-6:00pm is required.
  • Experience with ticket logging tools and documentation such as ServiceNow is desirable.
