ICT Technical Support Specialist

This is a challenging opportunity to join the ICT team as a technical support specialist. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting staff and students with reliable systems, devices, and platforms that underpin teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering level 1–2 ICT troubleshooting and helpdesk support to staff and students
- Logging, prioritizing, and managing phone, email, and web-based queries through the service desk system
- Escalating unresolved issues to senior ICT staff when required
- Assisting with device and software setup for staff and students
- Providing training and guidance on digital platforms and learning resources
- Monitoring, updating, and maintaining college systems to ensure uptime, security, and performance reliability
- Supporting college-wide ICT projects and contributing to process improvements
- Proficiency across a range of ICT technologies and digital platforms
- Solid troubleshooting skills with a customer-focused approach
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an education or school environment and be familiar with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Mac OS, and Windows OS environments.
