About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our successful Diabetes team in Queensland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market share in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell our diabetes products and services to healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals in your assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and analyze sales data, identifying opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute sales plans, setting targets and tracking progress to achieve business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or life sciences.
- Proven sales experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
