Territory Sales Manager

About the Role:
This exciting opportunity is for a highly motivated and driven Sales Territory Manager to join our team at Frontline Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and managing your territory of Brisbane North/West, with regional travel to North QLD required once every 6 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in GP and Specialist environments for both new and existing accounts
- Identify opportunities, deliver tailored solutions, and drive business growth
- Build trust, anticipate client needs, and strategically position our offerings
About You:
- Previous experience in a territory manager position, preferably in Pharmaceutical environments
- Previous experience interacting/working with GPs or Specialists is HIGHLY favourable
- Demonstrated success in a sales environment
- Science/Business degree HIGHLY favourable
- Highly driven sales mindset
- Extremely Strong communication and experience achieving/exceeding regular KPIs
- Full working rights in Australia
