Job Title: Portfolio Strategist

We seek an experienced Portfolio Strategist to lead strategy and portfolio development. The successful candidate will deliver strategic insights, operationalise plans, collaborate with stakeholders, manage project implementation, build high-performing teams, and develop organisational expertise.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic context and operating framework
  • Operationalise strategies and plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and build partnerships
  • Project manage strategy and plan development and implementation
  • Build and lead high-performing teams
  • Develop strategy and expertise within the organisation

Requirements:

  • Establish effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and complex process leadership
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in leading strategy development and business planning
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills, including business planning and reporting
  • Experience in problem-solving and decision analysis
