This is an exciting opportunity to drive financial targets and portfolio strategy delivery in a dynamic environment.

The primary purpose of this role is to develop and execute portfolio management strategies, incorporating market insights and customer research to ensure alignment with annual financial plans.

  3. Deliver market, competitors, and performance monitoring to drive strategic pivots.
  4. Maintain appropriate target markets and manage portfolio exposure in line with accumulation management requirements.
  5. Continuously monitor trends and growth opportunities.
  6. Contribute to financial planning processes and engage with key stakeholders to implement relevant portfolio actions.
  7. Liaise with pricing teams to support development of pricing strategies and capabilities.
About You

We are seeking an experienced professional with:

  1. Proven analytical and critical thinking abilities to evaluate complex alternatives and articulate strategies.
  2. Experience in managing consumer products within a financial services institution, preferably in general insurance (CTP/Home/Motor).
  3. Working knowledge of internal and external data and analytical tools (SQL/SAS/Python/Tableau/MicroStrategy).
  4. Comprehensive product knowledge, industry practices, and governing legislation.
  5. Highly developed consulting and influencing skills to co-create strategy and present solutions to key business stakeholders.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with audiences at all levels.
