We're seeking a seasoned
Cyber Security Strategist
to lead our information and systems protection initiatives across various areas.
Main Responsibilities:
Application Security Governance
Cybersecurity Operations Excellence
ID Management and Compliance
Penetration Testing and Risk Mitigation
Platform Development and Integration
Security Engineering and Architecture
Threat Hunt and Cyber Defense
Vulnerability Management and Patching
As our Cyber Security Strategist, you'll drive your team's technical capabilities to deliver expert, contemporary cybersecurity services while building trust in our digital environment.
You'll take on a leadership role in one or more of the following areas:
Cybersecurity Operations
,
Governance
,
Strategy
, or
Program Portfolio Management
.
Your work will contribute to delivering secure, compliant, and reliable systems that support our business objectives.
You'll ensure that security standards and IT security controls are implemented in accordance with the Australian Government Information Security Manual (ISM) and the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF).
You'll propose and implement new security capabilities to meet organisational requirements, strategic objectives, and ensure compliance with government security policies.
In addition to your technical leadership, you'll engage with internal stakeholders and IT service providers to ensure compliance with legislative, contractual, and policy obligations.
You'll develop robust policy and strategic advice that supports adherence to security frameworks and protects our and taxpayer information.
