This pivotal and newly created role plays a key part in shaping the organisation's strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategy and roadmaps for product, portfolio and platforms to drive revenue growth;
  • Ensure strategic management is embedded in operational plans;
  • Engage with customers to understand needs and deliver positive experiences;
  • Create and maintain best practice processes for trialling and measuring opportunities;
  • Oversee technology platform architecture development;
  • Define, implement and review portfolio management framework;
  • Build strategic relationships with stakeholders and ensure engagement;
  • Lead and develop product team, promoting a customer-focused culture;
  • Identify, assess and manage risks related to product, platform and portfolio, ensuring compliance obligations are met.
About You

We seek IT-literate executives with experience in leading strategy and business development in professional services, SaaS or highly regulated environments. Significant experience working with partners to deliver solutions is required, along with skills in strategic analysis, financial analysis, product management and portfolio management.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, influencing and relationship management abilities are essential, as well as an entrepreneurial flair, focus on continuous improvement and willingness to challenge the status quo.

Knowledge and experience in insurance, health insurance or comparable sectors will be highly regarded.
