As a Chief Regional Business Development Leader at Bendigo Bank, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development within your region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and drive business growth in your region.
  • Built strong relationships with local community groups, stakeholders, and partners to identify new business opportunities.
  • Led cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintained up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform business decisions.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in residential and commercial lending, with a strong understanding of financial management and risk frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically.
