About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Manager to join our team at Dentsu QLD, a marketing and communications agency that is Fiercely Local and Proudly Global. This role will be a career-defining opportunity for the right candidate, with a comprehensive personal development plan and clear KPIs to drive growth across your role.
The Role:
As a Digital Manager, you will support the Digital Director for relevant clients within your account remit, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day management. You will work closely with a range of wonderful clients and a strong team of media professionals, providing expert guidance on digital media planning and activation.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Digital Director in implementing strategic plans across the total media landscape, with a focus on digital media.
- Develop and execute digital media plans, including responding to briefs, managing media partners, and negotiating contracts.
- Analyze digital media reporting and insights, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth within client digital strategies.
- Manage client administration, including Work-In-Progress (WIP) reports, contact reports, and timeline management.
- Deliver high-quality media planning, leveraging proprietary and industry tools to achieve optimal results.

- Experience in creating meaningful connections with clients, team members, and media partners.
- Excellent project management and time management skills.
- Proven experience in supporting, training, teaching, and mentoring junior team members.
- A comprehensive understanding of the Australian media landscape, with a focus on digital and paid media.
