About the Role

Our organisation is seeking a dedicated customer service professional to provide exceptional support to our customers at our National Administration Centre.

Ongoing development opportunities, including mentoring and training, will be provided to all staff. After an initial training and induction period, some flexibility to work from home may also be negotiated.

The role will predominantly involve handling inbound telephone calls with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service. You will assist a diverse range of customers across Australia who require support with their journey towards employment, education & training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and other communication channels.
  • Assist customers with their queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Problem solve and engage with customers to find solutions to their issues.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
