Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety: Proactively lead safety conversations in the field and create a strong safety culture within our operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for new work with existing customers across portfolios.
  • Decision Making: Make effective, sound, and timely decisions.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate, negotiate, and resolve conflicts with clients and staff.
  • Planning and Organising: Manage resource allocation to ensure tasks are completed on time and to quality.
Requirements:
  • A background in commercial cleaning services or facilities management is essential.
  • Experience with cleaning standards and processes across various industries is desirable.
  • Previous experience in managing from on-site at the client's location is required.
  • Ability to process time and attendance logs for payroll purposes.
  • Leadership and staff management skills.
  • Reliability, passion, and ability to deliver results with limited direction.
  • Commercial acumen and data analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High standard of service and client relationship skills.
  • High level of computer skills.
  • WHS knowledge and risk management capabilities are desired.
