We are seeking a Service Delivery Lead to support our team in managing subcontractors and delivering high-quality services.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • They will also support audits and inspections, foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
  • A key aspect of this role is monitoring and reporting on the delivery of programmed work by subcontracted providers.
  • Additionally, the candidate will manage records and reporting to inform proactive performance adherence of sub-contractors on site.
Requirements
  • The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in facilities management support services.
  • A trade background is desirable, as well as project management qualification or relevant industry experience.
  • A current driver's license is required.
