IT Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to manage our Technology Operations team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to identify problems quickly and develop practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day operations of the Technology Operations team to ensure the availability and reliability of systems and networks.
- Oversee technology vendors and implement new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Expand infrastructure capacity, enhance cybersecurity measures, and ensure best technology operations practices.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading teams, identifying opportunities for growth, and aligning with our values of Safety, Excellence, Teamwork, Integrity, and Care.
You should have a collegiate leadership style, technical proficiency, thorough knowledge of IT infrastructure, and collaborative communication skills.
Previous experience leading a team in a complex environment will be beneficial in this role.
