Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Machinery Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Asset Management Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our site operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and flexible individual who can work effectively under pressure, autonomously and as part of a team. You will be responsible for operating heavy machinery, including cranes and forklifts, and performing a variety of tasks to support our site operations.

About the Role
  • Operate heavy machinery, including cranes and forklifts, to support site operations.
  • Perform a variety of tasks, including maintenance, repairs and inspections, to ensure equipment is in good working order.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Current valid intermediate rigging (RI) licence.
  • Current valid non slewing crane (CN) licence.
  • Current valid elevated work platform (WP) licence.
  • Current valid forklift (LF) licence.
  • Current valid bridge & Gantry crane (CB) licence.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, reliable and ability to perform a variety of tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure, autonomously and as a team.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of work, prioritise work and achieve results.
  • Effective communication skills using a range of methods.
