Industrial Infrastructure Supervisor

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and experienced leader who can oversee maintenance and compliance across critical infrastructure.

A key responsibility of the role is to manage service providers and contractors to ensure high standards of delivery.
The Supervisor – Non-Process Infrastructure Operations will play a vital role in powering operations that make a global impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, coach and support a skilled, multidisciplinary crew.
- Oversee maintenance and compliance across critical infrastructure.
- Manage service providers and contractors.
- Champion safety – running pre-starts, driving hazard reduction.
- Trade qualified, with strong maintenance know-how.
- A natural leader with proven experience supervising teams in industrial or infrastructure settings.
- Safety-focused, with a solid understanding of risk management and compliance systems.
