Our OpportunityWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Maintenance Team in Port Hedland.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations across critical infrastructure, including plumbing, fire systems, water bores and reverse osmosis plants.
- Lead, mentor and support a skilled, multidisciplinary crew (plumbers, fire mechanical techs, carpenters, fitters and contractors).
- Ensure seamless maintenance and compliance across critical infrastructure.
- Manage service providers and contractors to deliver exceptional results.
- Advocate for a culture of safety and ensure critical controls are always in place.
Key qualifications include trade certification, strong maintenance expertise, leadership experience and a deep understanding of risk management and compliance systems.
