About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our team at Marriott Hotels. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for handling all incoming calls and guest requests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming calls and redirect to each department as appropriate
  • Analyze and update all guest requests tailored to their requirements
  • Responsible for handling all hotel outlet reservations or guest orders
  • Assist and coordinate guest bookings, engaging with them and exceeding their expectations
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver service excellence with each customer experience
  • Complete reservation administration tasks and offer general support to the team

  • Strong communication skills written and verbal
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
