Reservations Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our team at Marriott Hotels. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for handling all incoming calls, analyzing and updating guest requests, and coordinating guest bookings to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming calls and redirect to each department as appropriate
- Analyze and update all guest requests tailored to their requirements
- Responsible for handling all hotel outlet reservations or guest orders
- Assist and coordinate guest bookings, engaging with them and exceeding their expectations
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver service excellence with each customer experience
- Complete reservation administration tasks and offer general support to the team
About You:
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Relevant experience in a similar role
