Job Title: Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for training and supporting our internal team on the transition of the Oracle ERP implementation.

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of all training programs.
  • Create, edit, video and training material using Articulate 360.
  • Scheduling/facilitation of training courses, workshops, logistics: room bookings, preparation, and distribution of materials, setting up classrooms etc.
  • Manage participant communications as required.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong experience as a Trainer delivering ICT end user training.
  • Developing instructional training material and aids, including Quick Reference Guides, online tutorials.
  • Experience working in the Victorian Government and Oracle products (desirable).
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills including flexibility.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
