Are you passionate about making a positive impact in your community?

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Youth Support Officer to join our PCYC Townsville Youth Club as part of the Project Booyah initiative.

This is a fixed term, full-time position for 15 weeks, offering $33.77 per hour.

You will be working with at-risk young people, providing support and guidance to help them re-engage in their education and transition into the workforce.

We offer a supportive and inclusive work environment, where every interaction with our members contributes to their sense of belonging and growth.

About This Role
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as community services, youth work or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in youth programs and support/case management
  • Current drivers' license or light rigid driver's license, and restricted drivers' authority (or ability to obtain)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or ability to obtain)
