Position Overview: We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated Cultural Engagement Coordinators to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with young people from various backgrounds, helping them explore and celebrate their cultural identities while fostering personal growth, social skills, and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement culturally relevant programs and activities for youth.
• Facilitate workshops, discussions, and events that encourage cultural expression and awareness.
• Build trusting relationships with young people, providing mentorship and support.
• Collaborate with community organisations, schools, and families to promote youth engagement.
• Advocate for youth needs and interests within the community.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications:
• Experience working with youth in a cultural or community setting.
• Strong understanding of cultural diversity and youth development principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative and resourceful approach to program development.
• Certificate 4 in Child, Youth and Family Intervention.
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• Working With Childrens (Paid Blue Card)
• Full and clean Australian Drivers Licence

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
