About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position primarily responsible for providing day-to-day administration support to the Jandakot Office, including assisting with managing visitors to the Office area and Production Facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet visitors, ensuring they are signed in
  • Ensure suitable PPE is worn/provided to visitors
  • Check and distribute incoming documentation including internal mail items
  • Arrange domestic and local couriers as required
  • Assist OHSE with the update of Contractor Inductions
  • Arrange/order office supplies as necessary
  • Co-ordinate and complete monthly cleaning of the Main Office and kitchenette fridges and freezer
  • Arrange transportation as required for staff and/or office visitors
  • Managing reception emails and providing notifications to staff
  • Assist with desk set up, stationery and welcome signs for new starters
  • Act as a backup to Concur travel system administration, including adding/removing users and booking travel
Requirements
  • The ability to work autonomously with limited supervision
  • Acting in an honest, courteous and friendly manner
  • friendly, polite phone manner
  • Relevant experience and/or qualifications in Front Office/Administration support
  • Well-developed communication (both written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Ability to keep matters confidential and demonstrate a high level of professionalism
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Team player and able to work productively
  • Proven track record in a similar role in a medium-sized organisation
  • Strong Microsoft experience
  • High level of data entry skill and accuracy
  • SAP and Concur Travel system experience exposure preferred
