Essential Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in spa management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in spa management, with a strong focus on operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
  • Exceptional knowledge of wellness therapies, spa treatments, and industry best practices, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations.
  • Superb interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively manage a diverse team of professionals.
