Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Spa and Wellness Professional to lead our spa facility's operations. This role requires a qualified individual with at least 5 years experience in a spa setting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing treatment rooms and directing operational processes
  • Evaluating, refining and guiding sales and marketing strategies
  • Effective yield management by developing budgets and controlling costs
  • Mentoring staff including receptionists
  • Maintaining all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards
  • Driving retail activities
  • Strategically optimizing potential bookings from guests, including upselling and upgrading
  • Nurturing good relationships with spa suppliers
  • Ensuring the highest standards throughout the Spa at all times
  • Fundamental financial knowledge of budgets
  • Able to implement SOPs
  • A hands-on trainer and mentor
  • Excellent guest communication skills
