About the RoleThe HR Manager's role at Troocoo is pivotal in strategically managing human resources to align with the company's sustainability-driven mission and ambitious growth objectives. This involves overseeing the recruitment process to attract top talent who share the organisation's values, managing employee relations to foster a positive and collaborative work environment, and implementing performance management systems that drive excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring compliance with Australian employment laws.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions fairly.
- Develop and manage performance management systems to align with organisational goals.
- Implement and oversee Learning and Development programs in line with Australian Qualifications Framework standards.
- Administer employee compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with Australian wage laws.
- Promote diversity and inclusion, fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.
- Enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through various initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with Australian Privacy Principles and data protection laws.
- Ensure compliance with WH&S policies and complete all relevant safety and compliance training.
- Stay informed on changes in Australian employment legislation, ensuring the organisation remains compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
Troocoo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join its team. The successful candidate will hold relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and have a proven track record of success in HR leadership roles from a similar industry sector.
