About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Banking Specialist to join our Retail Banking Services team at CommBank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing financial solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-depth conversations with customers to understand their banking needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Support customers with account maintenance, credit product applications, and financial health checks.
  • Educate customers on our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
  • Problem-solve and provide effective solutions while championing our risk-adverse culture.
Requirements
  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a financial services, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate financial terms clearly.
  • Ability to ask questions, find solutions, and act with integrity while placing the customer at the centre of everything you do.
  • Ability to work in a busy and commercially driven retail environment.
