We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Banking Specialist Relief to join our VIC South West area team. As a key member of our Retail Banking Services (RBS) team, you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless banking experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth conversations with customers to understand their banking needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Support customers with account maintenance, credit product applications, and financial health checks.
- Educate customers on our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
- Problem-solve and provide effective solutions while championing our risk-adverse culture.
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service in financial services, retail, or hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate financial terms clearly.
- Ability to work in a busy, commercially driven retail environment.
