We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Banking Specialist Relief to join our team at CommBank. As a key member of our Retail Banking Services team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing holistic solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Build in-depth relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Financial Health Checks: Conduct thorough financial health checks to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for customers.
- Product and Service Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with CommBank's products and services, including home loans, business banking, and financial advice, to provide customers with informed solutions.
- Problem-Solving: Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the growth of our customers.
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Financial Knowledge: A solid understanding of financial products and services, including home loans, business banking, and financial advice.
