About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Banking Specialist Relief to join our team at CommBank. As a key member of our Retail Banking Services team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing holistic solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Build in-depth relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the growth of our customers.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Financial Knowledge: A solid understanding of financial products and services, including home loans, business banking, and financial advice.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions.
