As a Customer Banking Specialist at CommBank, you will be the public face of our Retail Banking Services team, delivering a seamless banking experience to our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-depth financial advice and guidance to customers, including home loans, business banking, and financial planning.

- Problem-solve and provide effective solutions, championing our risk-adverse culture and processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service in financial services, retail, or hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate financial terms in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to ask the right questions, find solutions, and act with integrity, placing the customer at the center of everything you do.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced, commercial environment, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
