">- We are seeking a skilled account professional to drive revenue growth with customers and develop strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Maintain relationships and expand business opportunities with assigned customers using sales tools and strategies.
- Educate customers on our multichannel solutions and provide exceptional customer experience.
- Partner with business development managers to sustain ongoing business and establish new customer connections.
- Utilize CRM software to document and drive the sales process with customers.
- Effectively manage time and activities to meet the day-to-day needs of existing and new customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitors' services, prices, auctions, and sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- 3+ years of experience in quota-driven sales (industry knowledge preferred).
- Knowledge and experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly self-motivated and action-oriented.
- Strong customer focus, ability to develop newly assigned accounts while enhancing customer relationships.
