Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain relationships and expand business opportunities with assigned customers using sales tools and strategies.
  2. Educate customers on our multichannel solutions and provide exceptional customer experience.
  3. Partner with business development managers to sustain ongoing business and establish new customer connections.
  4. Utilize CRM software to document and drive the sales process with customers.
  5. Effectively manage time and activities to meet the day-to-day needs of existing and new customers.
  6. Monitor market trends, competitors' services, prices, auctions, and sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in quota-driven sales (industry knowledge preferred).
  • Knowledge and experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and action-oriented.
  • Strong customer focus, ability to develop newly assigned accounts while enhancing customer relationships.
